Q Max cutter 14 mm to 21mm hole size increase

I have a 14mm hole in my boiler and want to increase the size to 21mm. Will my Q Max cutter work ok with it already being 14mm ?

It won't be perfectly centered around the 14mm hole but it should work fine, just nip it tight roughly in place before wielding the allen key....

Put the two pieces together and try and get them central to the existing hole (unless you want to slightly move the hole in a different direction). When tightning it up go steady so it it does not slip and move away from the center. After a bit it will 'bite' and then just continue to turn with the allen key and you wil be ok
