100 litre 3 POT brewery

Post by m_rawdin » Sat Feb 18, 2017 11:30 pm

I don't know whether anyone on here is interested but I'm selling my 100 litre 3 POT microbrewery. I've never brewed to 100 litres so have decided to take the plunge and get a Grainfather instead.

Someone on ebay offered me £700 for it, is that a reasonable price do you think?

Depends if you're happy with a quick sale I guess. You could get a bit more I'd imagine but it might involve splitting everything

If you accept, it seems reasonably close to the build/buy cost ? (no insult intended)
But Dont cancel the ebay sale auction until you have cash in your hand or verified cleared payment in the bank. having hosted a couple of ebay sales for 'friends' its a frequent occurrence to receive such offers, and in my limited experience has always turned out to be a con perhaps by a competing seller tho i dont like to think a brewer could sink that low.. or simply a mischief maker, either way ive always ended up with ebay fees no one wants to pay....

i agree with fil , ive recently finished me 100l pot build and thats a decent price, if the table was all stainless then you could push for more, if you got a hundred for each pot, and a hundred for each pump ther's not much wiggle room on the rest. very good offer imo
