Wanting to design a panel to control hlt with 1 element, rims on mash tun and 2 elements on boiler aswell as 2 pumps, only problem is I'm not really that knowledgable with electronics so I'm looking for some simple guidance or some diagrams as I have a relative who's an electrician but not sure he's really clued up on pids etc.
any links to basic guides or plans ?

search for the electric brewery. those plans are pretty simple and written in laymans terms. they'll cover everything you need, and your relative will be able to work out the optional bits that can be ignored if you don't want them
