Mines still going strong after 6 years of use

woops.. Mines an ally burco and after 60 odd years the copper bar elements bolted to the underside of the boiler base still hit a rolling boil.. well i assume they do ive not used it myself for about a decade

Is it the old square boiler around 10 gallons?

No a round 5 gallon to the rim ally jobby with 6 x circa 1" x 4" copper bars/plates bolted to the base with a simple selector controller with Off Low Med and Hi options powering on 0, 2, 4, and 6 x 'elements'
