Mine blew it's element so I fitted another type, is yours still working?

woops.. Mines an ally burco and after 60 odd years the copper bar elements bolted to the underside of the boiler base still hit a rolling boil.. well i assume they do ive not used it myself for about a decade ;)
ist update for months n months..
Fermnting: not a lot..
Conditioning: nowt
Maturing: Challenger smash, and a kit lager
Drinking: dry one minikeg left in the store
Coming Soon Lots planned for the near future nowt for the immediate :(

Is it the old square boiler around 10 gallons?

No a round 5 gallon to the rim ally jobby with 6 x circa 1" x 4" copper bars/plates bolted to the base with a simple selector controller with Off Low Med and Hi options powering on 0, 2, 4, and 6 x 'elements'
