Stainless FV I can attach a bottle wand to?

Post by mbarn » Mon Jul 03, 2017 10:42 am

I want to make the move from plastic to stainless steel FV.

My biggest hurdle right now is that I bottle my beers, and I'm a big fan of a bottling wand.
I've seen people adding tubes to taps etc. but I love the on/off nature of a wand, without messing with a tap.

Any recommendation? Thanks

Use a piece of tube attached to the wand. The best of both worlds :)

I use some 1/2" Sillicone tubing to connect the 1/2" barb from the racking arm to the bottling wand.

I find bottling under 2psi of pressure from the FV is much faster than from the bucket.
