Cheap false bottom perhaps?

Post by floydmeddler » Mon Oct 23, 2017 1:22 pm

Doing a new build and this looks like a cheap option.

Looks to be made of aluminium.

Any thoughts?

Cheaper option and quality stainless steel:

I've used one of these splatter guards for the last 40 brews, it wasn't even new. Before I got a thermopot mash tun I vaguely remember trying a cheap pizza pan but the holes were a bit too big.
I brew therefore I ... I .... forget

Cheers vacant. Could be a tidy option!

Yep - worried that the holes might be a bit big. Have asked the seller to measure them. No doubt s/he thinks I'm a complete weirdo...
