70 Litre Stainless Boiler

Post by dcq1974 » Wed Nov 29, 2017 3:26 pm

Hi
I am de-cluttering my brew shed and moving on all the stuff I don't use! (I'm up-scaling!)
Here is my completely unused HLT (or boiler). Holds just over 70 litres and has holes already cut for tap/hop filter and heating elements, sight glass etc.

Open to offers
PM me if interested
Thanks

dcq - Try moving it to the "Articles for Sale" in the Marketplace.

I clicked on this thinking it might be a query about using one, drilling it, what size burner etc.

Hi... yes ... interested but as I'm a new member I can't message you directly.
Is this item still available, and how much do you need for it?

Many thanks ...

I'm looking for a kettle for distillation and initially it will be easier (cheaper!)
for me to fire it with gas (can find blanks for extra holes) ... would this boiler suit?

I'm a complete noobie ... (sorry 'still' cant message u) this will be my second 'still.
Currently using a 1L copper kettle and some copper pipe sealed with dough!

I have a stand that will work, so could live without the (very nice!) frame.

Have a spare £30 and could pay carriage.
Interested? PM me your email / mobile and I'll arrange the details.

The above is a beautiful piece of kit don't blame you for wanting to get a sensible price.
