inline carbonater

hi am putting together the kit to build an inline carbonater and the stainless stones come in 0.5 and 2 micron what one should i get ????

I used 2 micron. It worked very well indeed, but I reused the pump to make a beer line cleaner and never put it back together. I find it just as easy to shake for and minute and leave it for a few days.
