The pic was just a screen grab from the video mate :D

I cannot describe how easy this made preparing kegs. I'm so grateful of this thread!

Thanks Guys, I hadn’t seen one of these before and hate cleaning kegs and tubing so I’ve just ordered one from Niels.

You won't be disappointed! You'll need to put a British plug on it and it doesn't come with any tubing or disconnects so for the disconnect set up I ordered the following from Keg Kingdom:

1 x John Guest 3/8 splitter £3.00
2 x John Guest fitting for disconnect £4.80
1 x Cornelius keg disconnect liquid (threaded) £3.50
1 x Cornelius keg disconnect gas (threaded) £3.50
5 x 3/8 X 1/4 Mdp Beer line / tubing Per Metre £2.00

That’s really helpful. Thanks very much. I’ll place an order for the extra bits.

Got one of these for Father's Day a couple of weeks ago, they do make cleaning and sanitising kegs and tubing an absolute doddle.
Next I will also test with some plastic buckets, fermentasaurus and Speidel 30L fermenter.
I'm pretty sure that, with a small collar, demijohns would clean easily too.

I’ve used mine and I do like it. It certainly makes cleaning cornies easier although my fermentation buckets are too big to fit.

When I use it to clean my 3/16 tubing I’m a bit worried it might be straining the pump so I only do that briefly. Works well on 3/8 tubing though.

Just cleaned my fermentasaurus today with it and it came out sparkling (you need to offset it slightly and this worked better with the rubber carboy ring on).

I have cleaned my silicone tubing with it and will use the 3/8 tubing attachment to clean my Pegas counter pressure filler and for disconnects etc but for beer line I tend to buy 100m and just think of it as disposable as it is so cheap when buying that amount.

That’s a good idea. Beer line isn’t particularly dear.

Watch out making remarks like that! We'll have Extinction Rebellion creating "denial-of-service" attacks on the forum

I very much doubt that. They have far more important things to do with their time.

The hazards of linking old threads into current ones:

I never noticed I was answering a near two year old thread 'cos I thought I was still on the previous thread (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=82278). Had "Extinction Rebellion" even formed back in May 2018?

Okay, I've had the "think-what-you're-doing" boot placed firmly on my behind!
