I use the brupacks iodophor.

If spraying everything then ideally a 3 litre batch of Iodophor solution would last you a hell of a long time, BUT afaik, the sanitizing 'powers' are lost over time. Generally I wouldn't use any solution that is more than 24 hours old.

In general I rinse when using Iodophor, but this is only if I have used enough to create a foam (which seems to cling quite well). If I have sprayed and there is no foam I just pour out what little liquid is in the container. I haven't noticed any off flavours or had any problems. With the concentration, I would be very very surprised if any issues came from not rinsing (remember that the solution is already diluted a lot!)

I also rinse straight from the tap and again have never encountered any problems.

Ditto. Then, I boil it first.
