So my most recent batch of wine may have an infection from the way it smells or it may just be the way this smells but I wasn't risking it. I've racked it from my bucket into glass demijohns and made sure my bucket was clean. Here's the OTT cleaning that I did,
Bucket cleaned with boiling water and oxi clean, then with bleach powder and water and finally starsan, I'm pretty sure it's sanitised. But is it? What do you all think,
