How long does clean stuff stay clean?

Post by Manngold » Wed Oct 28, 2015 7:13 pm

Bit of an odd one. Washed and cleaned all my bottles 10 days ago in preparation for bottling. They have been in a clean room with no one going in or out. Reckon they are still clean? Can't face cleaning them twice. Will obviously starsan anyway just to make sure.

Thanks

Have they been left standing up without any covering? I would imagine there would be some dust floating about and perhaps the odd bug - perhaps nothing too worrysome.

When I clean my bottles, I tend to put cling film over the tops to ensure if I don't bottle as soon as I want, nothing can get in.

It should be fine if you're going to sanitise them anyway. If you've cleaned them once there won't be anything for the bugs to grow on so the sanitiser will rinse them out.
Never enough time...

Thanks. I gave them a go in the dishwasher with no powder. Seemed fine.

Thanks
