This is Ian, he's a good ol' boy - very helpful. I get quite a few of my ingredients from his shop, nice video. 
I am thinking of building a Counterflow Chiller though after reading this post viewtopic.php?f=6&t=17728 from jdt199. I didn't realise that it was that simple as I had watched some Youtube vids which showed the inner copper pipe wrapped in a spiral of thickish copper wire inside the hose and the guy was saying it is tricky to get it at the right spacing for optimum cooling
