Sadly I deleted the photo by mistake

Opens with a nice hiss, slight smokiness coming out the top of the bottle.
Pours a lovely amber colour with a light golden hue. There was also a wisp and bubbly white head with some lacing, but the head seems to last.

On the nose you first pick up rhubarb, then there is pear and white grape, you also pick up yeasty esters and hints of wheat. This has a very subtle aroma.

On to the taste and wow! The first thing you get is banana, and this is really smooth, it is complemented by a rhubarb flavour, then there is the lavish yeasty notes and a slight hint of alcohol that arrives late on. This beer has a fantastic body, and is really silky and smooth, it has medium body and carbonation and goes down far to easy. Great example of a saison
