Hi Folks,
Brewing a nice and simple weissbier, and want to split the batch after boiling into two for fermentation. One to keep as is, the other to hopefully add christmas spices to, maybe in a hop bag. So the question I have is...

Very Good Idea!
Just go through the spice rack, smell them all, bung in a tsp of each spice you think smells like Christmas.
Don`t bag them just mix them in the Brew.
