Fruity beer

Post by m_rawdin » Tue Aug 08, 2017 5:38 pm

I'm going to very making a strawberry beer, something similar to Timmermans, and will be adding defrosted frozen strawberries into secondary. I'm going to be leaving it in secondary for a week, will the strawberries be OK for a week or should I add them in closer to the end of secondary?

The strawberries will bring their own microflora. How are you going to handle that?

m,
I know this might be a bit late for your Brew, but have a read anyway! :D

Photobucket has deleted all my pics. Monkeybrew on page 2 gives a rather good review of the Beer. =D>
Good luck with the Brew.
