Well - it has been a little while since I posted but here it is - my twin SS brewtech setup. It is made using a maxi 310 glycol chiller and 2 x 7 gallon standard chronical fermenter with a couple of extras. The controller are brewtech heater chiller Ines and I took them apart and rehoused them - inside it Controlls contractors and solenoid valves to direct the water flow - it seems to work pretty well

Re: SS Brewtech Setup
That's an impressive use of a garden shed! All the Ss things look very smart. Most importantly, does the beer turn out well?

Re: SS Brewtech Setup
Just noticed the leg extensions..
https://www.ssbrewtech.com/collections/ ... -fermenter
what size is the box section used for your legs? and how much 'bare' leg do they need to slip up and over? I too have a similar sight glass to yours for a visual aid when dumping but my legs are too short to accommodate it, my legs however have a SS rod about an inch or 2 up from the bottom that runs between them for stability its Not a SS brewtech FV..

Re: SS Brewtech Setup
Hi
I see you're still using the SS vinyl tubing with jubilee clips for your cooling coils.
Can I suggest you think about 8mm internal diameter (I think--may be 10mm ID) silicone tubing? Fits perfectly, bends easily and there's never any worry about it pulling off.
Makes life a lot easier!

Re: SS Brewtech Setup
I'd be interested in more info on the solenoid setup. I have a maxi but currently just on 1 fv using an inkbird
