Water treatment newbie

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

I've tested the water (thanks for the advice thus far) and it came up with 199.5 Calcium Carbonate and all of a sudden, the calculator works. Thanks folks.

This was only a rough test, so I'll do a proper test on brew day.

I haven't got a water report yet, so that will have to wait for a while.

Can I just check then, does a Camden tablet have any effect on the result?

No, a campden tablet will not affect anything other than chlorine and chloramine reduction
Best wishes
