Ringwood Water Profile?

Ringwood Water Profile?

Post by Wolfy » Thu Mar 31, 2011 3:20 pm

I'm looking to brew the BYOBRA 'Ringwood Fortyniner' recipe and plan to use BrewLabs 'Sussex 1' yeast - which calls for a medium mineral wort.
Could someone please point me in the direction of the most appropriate 'Ringwood' Water Profile?

If it turns out well it will be entered in a local comp, so I'd like to do all I can to get it 'right'.
My local water profile (see Cardinia) is such that I can easily build any water profile simply by adding the appropriate salts - I just need to know what to target.

Thanks in advance for any/all help.

A bit of a blast from the past but maybe someone else will be interested........

For the water profile go here:
https://secure.sembcorpbw.co.uk/postcod ... ehold.aspx

then enter the postcode of the brewery BH24 3AP
