Just a quick heads up. I am not sure if its a fluke, isolated event or if the water companies are messing with sources more due to this dry summer everyone is talking about but my alkalinity has always been consistent at 105-130ish and its just dropped randomly to 15!
Just a warning not to make assumptions because its always the same!!!
Pay close attention to your alkalinity right now.

Mine hasn't dropped quite so drastically, but back in February this year it was 180, and when I brewed last Saturday it was down to 125.

Same here. Usually 250 ish down to 235 yesterday.
