Mild ale water

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

If you want to brew a classic English Mild in the mid 30's gravity,what kind of water profile would people recommend :-k

Calcium around 100 with a 1 to 1 chloride to sulphate ratio. Alkalinity around the 50th depending on the percentage of crystal in the grist.
