First steps towards water treatment

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Hi all

I was wondering if anybody could help me with water treatment, been biab brewing for over a year with good results but now trying to improve. Below is the report form my water supplier and I know the microbrewery up the road on the same supply use DWB brewing salts but I have no idea on what it does and how much I should add! :?

For all practical purposes you can consider your water contains nothing. Nothing detrimental and nothing beneficial.

What you need to add depends on what you are brewing.
