Hi all
I was wondering if anybody could help me with water treatment, been biab brewing for over a year with good results but now trying to improve. Below is the report form my water supplier and I know the microbrewery up the road on the same supply use DWB brewing salts but I have no idea on what it does and how much I should add!

For all practical purposes you can consider your water contains nothing. Nothing detrimental and nothing beneficial.
