You Can, Main issues are keeping the beer fresh while dispensing, its ok if you will empty the cask in a couple of days but any longer then you need to put pressure on the keg (CO2) . . . unfortunately that leads to the beer leaking out of the beer engine. Now you could rig up a Cask breather to the cap, and use Big Boys CO2 to dispense, but if you get a check valve from somewhere like (url=http:www.cfbs.co.uk]Colin Farrar[/url]. You can then attach a pipe to your tap, run it to the Check Valve, and from the check valve to the beer engine. When a vacuum is created in the pip, by pulling the beer engine the beer flows pushed by the pressure in the keg, when the vacuum stops the valve closes. That way you can put pressure in the keg (eg via an s30 injector) and beer won't p*ss out of the beer engine
