Mashing this at the mo, grist is from Jamil's Evil Twin recipe, only i'm hopping it with Nelsons:
With that amount of NS, i'm expecting it to taste like Ribena diluted with pure Cat urine

its working now cool... the POV cam and the wort flow looks a bit strange
