Right, this will be my recipe for the brewalong, I've picked up some Torrified Wheat and EKG Pellets locally so have amended my original recipe.
Certainly going to be a hoppy little bugger!

My kit's arrived from The malt Miller. Wonderful--no weighing out. Just bung it all in!
Only difficulty will be holding on to the kit for a month until October 24th.

I honestly can't wait to do my first full volume all grain brew! Never tried an ESB though so no idea what to expect to be honest.
