Right, am halfway through the mash. Temp has dropped by about 3/10 ths of a degree, so i'm fairly happy with that. Am keeping an eye on it to see how low it drops, and take remedial action if necessary.

Final Recipe:

4Kg Pale Malt,
170g Crystal Malt (60L)
75g Chcolate Malt

Hop Schedule as per post in AG forum.

Will try to get some pics up soon - have to go and cut the grass now!!

Yes, not doing too badly, thanks. Been away and really busy the last few weeks. Desperately need to get some brewing done, as I am almost completely out

I got 23L @1.042, so pretty much what i had planned for (which was nice!!)

It's bubbling away really well at the mo........so things look good!!

I'll post up some pics tonight - i would have done it sooner, but been kinda hectic the last few days @ work.
