Have a top day LTP. I'm bottling my hooky street today after I've corni'd the Burton Beast. I'm looking forward to the sneaky taster from the sample jar too. Anyhoo must dash the boiler is on \:D/

well the boil is underway.

Its boiling outside for the first time and i didn't realise how much different it boils - its not anywhere near as 'fierce' as the boiling I've done indoors, i presume because its colder?

I'm managing to juggle brewing with feeding, changing and stopping Ben crying but its bloody hard!

I think he's grasped sparging - he just sat there watching me do it and didnt ask a single question :D

Unfortunately he's slacked off with the boiling, he fell asleep!

pics will follow when i've finished :D

Nice pics, where's all the water from the cooler going? There's no sign of spud swimming alongside the fermenter

Kudos goes to wez, he brewed it first, named it, and its his descriptions of the beer has inspired others to have a bash.

I'm going to have to put this one on the xmas brew list as well :D
