I recently made one with a bit too much chocolate malt in it (10% or so) and it's a little imbalanced Still drinking it though

Hey thanks for the welcome, I've lurked for far too long
I was going to do a brew on saturday based on the Usher pale ale recipes on that site but using mount hood instead of hallertau, so that's why thought of those recipes as a suggestion

A few recipes on the Barclay Perkins blog use Hallertauer, I've not brewed any yet though!
