I’ve been using mine with monitor.beer instead of ubidots.

Just need to sort the calibration, which I’ll do tomorrow, but it’s been working spot on.

Really pleased with my purchase.

Do you mean when it’s full of beer or after the keg has kicked so you can get the spear out safely ? I do it one of two ways. If you’ve got the connect controller it will heat the wort to 98 degrees once you start the sparge and keep it there until you tell the sparge counter you’ve added all the water. Very clever really
