Mixed Gas for serving

Hi All
Anyone on here using mixed gas (70/30 or 60/40) for serving their beers. Fancied giving it a go. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Re: Refractometer

Hi I concur with Eric. For what its worth I always brew in my garage and tend to keep the lights off most of the time and I always point my refactometer to the open door when Im taking my readings.

Re: Wheeler's Beer Engine

Hi IPA
Ive always used this formulae
1.048 - 1.011 = 0.037 X 130 = 4.81%
Dont know if its any better or worse than the formulae youve used.
