Re: Wilkos Hoppy Copper KaSH
I had this on my Turbo Cider recently, it looks like a top fermenting yeast maybe a wild airborne yeast. Could produce some funky results and may turn out well.

Re: Which yeast for TC?
I've had some success cultivating the yeast from old Rosie. Seems to give the scrumpy effect.

Re: Coopers stout with 2kg brew enhancer?
Just chuck in what you have and half a pint of plain old white sugar and brew to 20l I'm sure it will be fine. I've brewed a number of variations and the coopers always comes out nice. I prefer it bottled and chilled but it is still drinkable straight from the fv.

Have a look at brewing turbo cider and add a flavouring of your choice.

Re: when to add campden tablet
I have a 25l water container that I got for camping from a caravan store I crush up a tab and fill from the cold tap in the bath. Seems to work well enough for me.

Re: Ipa very hoppy
I think a couple of weeks cold conditioning will calm the hops down a bit but it's an iPad so should be hoppy. I recently made a brew with challenger 30g 1.5hrs 20g 15mins and 50g at flameout for 30 mins and its sharp but nice.

Re: " Ditch's Stout " Master Class .....
Yes it is a polypin I got it from murphys home brew. They come with a cardboard box if your any good with origami. I think they are much better than those damn pressure barrels and much cheaper too. One day I am going to get a beer engine to hook up if I see one at the right price.

" Ditch's Stout " Master Class .....
Yes but it wasn't there for long as I need to get the pressure down in the big balloon behind. It's not hard work though.
