Dry hopped citra in a california common / Heineken clone(ish) for my brother. It was delicious, even a year later. I'd say mosaic would be a good alternative

Did two ciders last year, one white wine yeast and one champagne yeast. The champagne finished dryer than the two and i had to sweeten it up. The white wine was sweeter so i just bottled it. Enjoy. If you don't try it, you'll never know

Even if you split the batch and dry hop half. You'd have a pale ale and proper hoppy apa! Best of both worlds

Did something myself last month. Used just mosaic, with 100g in the boil with the majority towards the end and dry hopped with 100g also. It really is a tasty drop that lingers on your tongue for a while. Makes me want to crack open another bottle
