Gas quick disconnects
Hi all, I'd like to try to have a quick disconnect setup for my gas line so I can connect my beer gun when I need to and the rest of the time hook it up to my kegs. Re: No boil brewing.
Charlie Bamforth mentions “rigorous boil” in positive terms many times when he talks to Brad Smith on the Beersmith podcast

Re: Co2 regulator advice
A member recommended these, I hated the look of them but bought them and was really happy with the results. I got 3 in the end so can control pressure across 3 kegs: https://www.micromatic.com/economy/1-pressure-secondary-co2-regulator-mini-1141-mini Ebay usually has them cheap Sent from my iPhone u...

Re: CO2 in Somerset & Devon
I'm in Paignton and ended up going to Alestorm who are in Crediton. Have to admit that I needed co2 urgently so might have found someone more local to me.
Alestorm are good though

Re: Water analysis by Wallybrew/Pheonix analytical
Back in 2017 Neil invoiced me for £25. He has a great reputation and was a pleasure to deal with. Obviously I was also happy with the report
