Used to use PolyClar but now use White Labs Clarity Ferm, add when pitching yeast, never had a beer with chill haze using either of these products.

Conditioning English Bitter
Very new to modern homebrewing and would appreciate some advice. Kegging my bitter tomorrow and wondered what the best method of conditioning is. The recipe states to condition for 6 weeks at 12°C. I thought the best method would be to put some gas on top and leave in the workshop for the full 6 wee...

Cleaning beer lines
Just finished my small Keezer and wondered when sanitising the beer lines do I flush through with something like Starsan or do you recommend a specialist beer line cleaner. Cheers
