Re: 6 brews from 3 cheap kits!

I received an email back from Muntons today, confirming that Woodfordes Wherry and Sundew kits both contained identical cans of extract in each kit. This was great news to me as I've got 2 Wherry kits and a Sundew kit sitting in stock and they were all purchased for £13.99 each ;-) After apparent s...

Re: Xmas beer advice

All these ideas - I have seen Christmas beer kits available on a few websites Milestone Doner & Blitzed, Dasher the Flasher are these any good? What about the 3.6k Muntons Santa Winter Warmer (bit more pricey though) Don't really want to add oranges and lemons to my brew in case it gets ruined!

Re: Hambleton Bard - Bitter Kit (wet) - tips please

My shop doesn't sell cylinders either but whats the point in getting a free kit if I can't gas it up?? can't be doing with all the hassle of bottling.
Why aren't they supplying the shops in the first place?

Re: Hi! I'm the new kid!

As a previous entrant as put you may not have killed the yeast as fermentation shouldve taken place however best way is to invest in a hydrometer this will give you a definate reading. Tip for next years xmas present...ask for a brew belt... there not expensive and give a constant temperature.
