Yes it works really well. Fill bottle about 5/6ths full then refrigerate for an hour or so. Squeeze the excess air out attach the gas around 20 psi and then shake for around 10 seconds and turn gas off. I always point the cap away from me . My initial fermentation was about the same. I did 2 weeks in the fermentation fridge with a few days cold crash. It got to its peak after 2/3 weeks carbed in the keg. I bought 4 bottles of Proper Job yesterday, on offer and I want to harvest the yeast, after 2 bottles I wanted to go back to the kol...

I have had excellent results from Crossmyloof so far. The kolsch yeast produced a very popular beer and I will be brewing this again

I put a kolsch on yesterday using the crossmyloof yeast. It is fermenting away nicely at 17C today
