Re: Jim's Northeast Brewer's Night.

Well I’m afraid I can’t as I’ll be in Cambridge or Korea that week, 2 very different places!

I’d love to get to another night though. Maybe next time

Re: Tilt hydrometer and Raspberry Pi

I had horrendous issues with etcher try win32 disk imager, just search for it and you’ll find it. I found it works better and I have tiltpi working fine. In mine the Nussdorf is on page 91 and the Zum Uerige is on page 101.
Ah it is there it’s just in the index one Alt bier slips to the following page so it’s easy to overlook!

Re: Your favourite Graham Wheeler recipe...

So many to choose from but I had a beer made by another homebrewer recently from the European book. Nussdorf St Thomas, absolutely sublime beer. It was made by someone who is an excellent brewer anyway but it was so good! From a brief conversation with Graham I know he thought this book was under a...

I bought GW's European book second hand a few weeks ago but haven't brewed anything from it yet but I noticed that he doesn't specify a yeast The one I’ve had was crossmaloof Kolsch but maybe WLP03...
