At what time did you add the dry hops? They should only be added for the last 4 days or so by which time the most active fermentation and the krausen has died down. You've got that the wrong way round. The hop with highest AA% is normally used for bittering.

What ABV did you get with this recipe and is it tasting close to the original?

I quite like Proper Job but I don't often buy it because you can't get the labels off the bottles (mean I know lol).
