Only had mine delivered yesterday so not had a chance to use it yet.
Got it for the same reasons, so I can try more styles and recipes without drinking myself to an early grave

At what time did you add the dry hops? They should only be added for the last 4 days or so by which time the most active fermentation and the krausen has died down. If you add them too soon a lot of their aroma is driven away by the activity and CO2 of the fermentation. In my experience when you add...

You've got that the wrong way round. The hop with highest AA% is normally used for bittering.

What ABV did you get with this recipe and is it tasting close to the original?
I quite like Proper Job but I don't often buy it because you can't get the labels off the bottles (mean I know lol).
