Thanks mashman, but already done haha. I know that transferring to another vessel is a bit ‘old Skool’ but there was so much sediment that just wanted to have a more accurate measurement to see how much I needed to top up. Turns out it was about 5.5lts short which explains the high OG.

There also seems a hell of a lot of sediment, but this could be normal for all grain compared with extract? I was wondering if that could effect the fermentation?
