I've used irish moss in the boil on all of my brews but the NEIPA: Circa 1.5g/23L in the last 10 minutes of the boil. Usually get a solid hot and cold break. I tried the Dead Pony Club. It made a solid beer, but it wasn't Dead Pony Club. I'm guessing it's partly because their recipes miss a few details and partly because our brew kit is different.

I did a Mango Milkshake IPA last year with about 3kg of Mango chunks "dry hopped" in a hop bag in the fermenter. Would not recommend. It was barely mango at all on the nose and even less in taste. Abbey homebrew did the same but mushed up the mango chunks and that seemed to work. I'm keen to hear ho...

Very little. I wouldn't worry about it. Not much you can do about it anyway!

I accidentally put about 5g of Enigma in the fermenter before the wort was even cold... Woops! Beer tastes good, don't care.
