Thought I’d give this a little bump as I’ve just made another batch. All in demijohns. First lot I made I followed the recipe on page 1 apart from no scales so guessed at sugar. About 1/3 of a bag, 350g ish. Starting gravity was 1.064 Bottled it into 1L PET bottles with 1 heaped teaspoon of sugar 8 ...
