Hi 4oob4r, sorry forgot to mention the name, it is the goose island IPA I KNOW THE HOPS USED ARE PILGRIM, CELEIA,CASCADE, AND, CENTENNIAL, malts 2row, Bon, Munich, c20.. Haven't a clue about hop schedule but guessing pilgrim for bittering would really like a DMA WITH A PARTIAL MASH IF YOU COULD PLEA...
