Sounds like I should probably just wait until the space is freed up when the current batches are done fermenting and not rush it!

Read on another forum post that the first 72 hours of fermentation are the ones where the temperature is the most critical. 2nd brew with Golden Promise malt (BIAB). Seems like it forms doughballs much worse than other malts I've used (normally Rahr 2-row). Is it just the humidity this summer or have others encountered this?!
