Plain flour to make beer cloudy is in the last 10 minutes of the boil
What I was recommending is using flour in the mash as normal
No difference to using wheat really

Brewlabs West Yorkshire makes a perfect landlord clone Sussex1 make a lovely beer not sure if it a perfect clone of Harvey’s as I have never had the original. I read somewhere in the past that leffe use a wheat beer yeast to get the clove flavour
Probably be more subtle than putting clove in

I have successfully used bottled carbonated water in the past deals with the PH worries and the oxygenation problem
Tasted ok too
