Increasing the ABV post ferment
So I had a bit of a disaster last weekend, my boiler died halfway through, I chilled and fermented the beer anyway but I think it’s only 2.6% due to too much water in the mash and not enough boil. Either way a 2.6% beer isn’t my ideal choice ( especially as it’s an Elvis juice clone ie 6.5% target)....
