Re: Fixed sparge arm design
Fil, I also found out the hard way with the burrs, it was worse on the 45 degree holes, I plan to have a valve inline but does anybody's know if you can get a circular shape from supplying from one end (usually my tests have been Christmas tree shaped). I assumed that if you had progressively bigger...

Hi team, Im looking for the best way to make a fixed sparge arm with 1/2" tube 300mm long. It will be fixed to the top of a circular pot and also used as a handle. What would be the best orientation and size of holes to get the best coverage at 3L per minute. Tried using paint which is not good but ...

Re: Corni on wheels.
Nice one! This is a manual cleaning station used in the soft drinks Industry, they can use harmfull chemicals in these, make sure you clean thoroughly, you don't want a jiffy belly.

Re: Keg washer pump?
Cheers barn, it's got me thinking, hopefully all the members who have crusaders kegs will be thinking about or have built a washer. I think an all for one approach is needed. If anyone has pics on a homemade keg washer it would be appreciated.

Keg washer pump?
Hi, I'm hoping to build a keg washer for the two 50l kegs i bought from crusader recently. Can anyone recommend a good cheap pump which could handle cip temperatures and create the needed pressure through a 1" pipe with holes drilled. Cheers.
