are you planning on fitting a collar ? usually you have a raised box section at the bottom of a chese freezer where the compressor etc. sits

you need to leave longer than a day, if your in a hurry you can roll/shake the keg and it will absorb it quicker but theres always the chance of over carbonation that way.

You will probably need to get one with a proper lager yeast and a way of lowering you fermentation temp (old fridge etc) to get anything close to the lagers you’ve mentioned

I’m pretty sure both pots are from the same source, I’ve had both and quality on good is both, I’d say the etched markings are better on the ss brewtech and they have the rubber handles also

There’s no actually filter on the ss brewtech they block quite a lot of pellet but your still going to get a good amount going through to the fermenter. I’ve never had a great issue with true in fermenter though. Just crash cool at the end

8 sachets in 20l will ferment out in about 2 hours
I’m not experts but I think nanos buy yeasts ready to go or use dry yeast. I know a lot of the liquid yeast suppliers do yeast to order for breweries
