Keep the extra pint it will be needed to top up every time you rack the wine.
This will definetly not be "Turbo" as once fermented it will take a minimum of 6 months storage before it tastes remotley like wine(the dried fruit needs time to work its magic)

Re: Best way to store yeast slurry for re-use
very lightly primed and after a day keep it in the back of the fridge
Been doin it for years and brew on average once every 6 weeks.
I do not brew at all during juy / august .
Far too many variables floating about in the atmosphere.

Re: First Senior Moment
Cheers Guys I dont like adding (extras ) to my brews the simpler the better.
As its for a summer brew there is plenty of time .
I have the option of bottling or Corny but will leave in the secondary for a good 3 weeks before deciding.

Lancaster Amber any ideas ?
Had a few pints of this last night
Lancaster Amber - 3.7%
notes said -
abundantly hoppy bouquet allowing the drinker to relish subtle floral and
citrus aromas. This is a classic session bitter that is both aromatic and
bursting with flavour.
Anyone here ever tried making a clone ?

Norman CUSTOMER CARE SECOND TO NONE
In a world where big companies very quickly deprive you of your hard earned and then turn a deaf ear when something goes amiss It rekindles my faith in mankind when Norman the cornie mans customer after care kicks in. Thanks Reaper will give it a go
I notice you didnt use Hallertau but thats fine by me as I use Fuggles & Goldings in the main
